Editing services

Our editing services include mechanical editing (which is a basic level of editing, provided by a human editor), copy editing, substantive editing (which includes fact checking or content analysis), and even complete rewriting of content. What you get is a revised, ready-to-use document or web entry.

Depending on the edit options you select, you may also receive an editor's report and a 'delta' file, which shows the changes made during the edit. (Popup - See what delta file markups look like.)

Our documentation services include the development, editing and production of technical and process documentation, marketing collateral, instructional content (courseware), and online help development. We can help you develop your technical and process documentation, or we can even take over the task for you, delivering completed, professional user guides, technical manuals, process job aids, online help, and training content.

Support services

Our documentation support services include template design, file conversion and format management, solutions support including XML, SCORM, SGML, and single sourcing, and technical support for publishing tools such as FrameMaker, Word, Robohelp, or Flash. Our most commonly requested support services include technical illustration, process mapping, and graphics support.
