Setting up a technical documentation account

A technical documentation account lets you and your co-workers share access to InternetEdit's support services for your company or for a specific project. To set up an account, contact InternetEdit. Be ready to provide the following information:

your name and contact information
names and email addresses of your co-workers (those who will also be authorized to submit requests for assistance)
your preferences regarding pre-authorization and the submission of work
billing preferences (weekly or bi-weekly billing, to be paid by cheque or with a credit card or PayPal account)
dates and milestones associated with your projects, if any
types of services you may be requesting
specific tools requirements for authoring and delivery, if any

InternetEdit uses this information to assign resources, such as editors, and to guarantee access to services during key phases of projects. InternetEdit uses the list of co-workers and your authorization preferences to control access to your account. For example, you may designate three co-workers who are allowed to submit work under your account, but you may wish to have any submissions authorized by you before work begins (as a control measure).
