Deadlines and rush requests

We accommodate most requests within hours of submission. The timer on the left side of the screen shows today's typical delivery time for a resume edit.

If you need faster service, we can usually deliver. In many cases we can turn around smaller jobs very quickly.

When we receive a rush request, we contact you to determine the details of your request and to provide a quote and confirmed delivery time.

For a rush request, get your materials or information to us as soon as possible: email or upload any documents so that we can begin the process without delay.

Rush surcharges

At many times we will be able to satisfy rush requests at no additional cost. A surcharge will be applied only in situations where work for other customers is deferred in order to satisfy your requirements. You will be informed about any surcharges when we provide your quote.
