Your name:		This must be same name used on the credit card or PayPal account to which services will be charged.

Telephone:		If your request is submitted outside the hours 0800-2000 in your timezone, we will contact you by email instead of by telephone.
Location:		Select the target region for your resume. (This information is used to help select appropriate standards and lexicons.)
Type of edit:		Select the type of work you are requesting.
Upload resume:		Ensure that the filename does not contain any special characters. If you have more than one document to upload, use WinZip to compress your documents into a single Zip archive, and upload that archive.
Instructions and preferences:
Required date/time:		Specify your deadline for the edit.
Promotion code:		Enter a promotional code, if you have been provided with one.
Payment method:		US credit card payments are processed through the PayPal portal.
Currency of payment:		Rates in all currencies are adjusted periodically to track exchange rates. The rates in each currency work out to the same rate, once exchanged.
