Rates for editing services (Canadian dollars)


For most of our editing services, we offer a per-word or per-page rate that helps you determine the exact cost of your job ahead of time.  Other services are billed at an hourly rate. (When you submit a job, we provide a quote to you showing the estimated hours and billing.)

Occasionally, for rush requests, a rush surcharge may apply. 

* Compliance checking rate is an approximate typical charge based on simple document types. However, very large documents or documents with complex format requirements or elements may have a much higher per-page rate. Request a quote to obtain a rate for your document. For more information, see our rate examples.

* All per-page rates are based on an average word count of 220 words per page. If your content has a different page 'density', your rate will vary accordingly.

A minimum charge of $25.00 applies to all orders, although one order can include a number of documents submitted simultaneously.

Prices on this page are in Canadian dollars (CAN$). See rates in Pounds Sterling, US dollars, or Euros.

Prices do not include applicable GST/HST taxes.

To calculate your word count in a Microsoft Word document, open the document, highlight all the text, and select Word Count from the Tools menu.
