Important notes about InternetEdit and PayPal

InternetEdit uses the PayPal payment portal to bill most customers. The PayPal payment portal allows you to make secure payments using your American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover card.

If you do not yet have a PayPal account, the payment process creates one for you. PayPal takes the amount that InternetEdit's parent company, Nocturne Communications, has charged you and moves it from your credit card to your new PayPal account. PayPal then transfers that amount to Nocturne's account. Some limitations to the amount that you can charge through a new account are imposed by PayPal.

If you have recently opened a PayPal account, you may not yet have received your confirmation number. (It appears on the first credit card statement you receive after opening your PayPal account, and must be entered into the PayPal website in order to verify and fully activate your PayPal account.) Depending on your account activity, PayPal may not let you perform any payments, even through your credit card, until you have received and entered the confirmation number.

If you have not yet verified your PayPal account, InternetEdit may require additional steps to confirm your identity, or may limit your access to services. PayPal verification ensures that you are authorized to use the cards or accounts you have entered into PayPal. For detailed information about PayPal verification, see PayPal's online help.

If you already have a verified PayPal account, you can pay your fee through your PayPal account in the normal manner, either using an existing balance, or by making a charge against your credit card.

Other options. In some cases, InternetEdit and Nocturne may be able to offer you other options for payment. Companies may wish to apply for pre-arranged service, which allows billing to a purchase order.

Questions? If you have any questions about billing or wish to make special arrangements, please contact us.
