Eligibility for service

InternetEdit service is available to a wide range of customers. We do however reserve the right to refuse service, with or without cause.

Unfortunately, the following groups of users are generally ineligible for InternetEdit service:

• Residents in the following countries:
  • India
  • Pakistan
  • Russia
  • Bulgaria
  • Lithuania
  • Kazakhstan
  • Bangladesh
  • Most of the Middle East
• Law students (due, ironically, to chronic levels of fraud)
• U.S. residents who are unable or unwilling to validate a PayPal account

We do not provide service to the following groups:

• Individuals or organizations implicated in activities that could be related to the creation or distribution of pornography, propaganda, or hate literature as defined under Canadian or European law
• Individuals or organizations that appear to be participating in, or facilitating, criminal behaviour in the country of origin
• Individuals who are found to be violating copyright or trademark protection, through plagiarization or other acts
• Individuals or organizations that may be involved with direct mail campaigns, unsolicited marketing, spam, or consumer intrusion
• Individuals directly associated with a Nocturne or InternetEdit competitor
• Service resellers

Finally, services to existing customers may be terminated under any of the following conditions:

• Failure to pay invoices in a timely manner
• Unreliable email service (lost or delayed emails, incoming or outgoing)
• High overheads due to customer behavior or modifications to customer requirements
• Disputes that are found to be ungrounded
• Any indications of fraud
• Other customer behavior considered to be 'nuisance behavior'
