The content contained in this website has been developed by Nocturne at considerable expense, and is copyrighted by Nocturne Communications Inc. Nocturne allows anyone visiting the website to save content to their own hard disk for their own use, but does not authorize the commercial use or re-publishing of that content. Content can be re-published (whether in print, on the web, or through any other publishing channel) only when a request to re-publish is made to Nocturne and Nocturne grants that request with a written waiver.

To protect its publicly available information from unauthorized re-use, Nocturne has imbedded several layers of metatagging within the content. In addition to the use of HTML metatags and a unique interrelation of filestructure and filenaming, Nocturne has identified phrase blocks within its content and actively searches the web for other occurrences of those phrase blocks. Nocturne has also digitally signed high-value graphics and Flash objects that appear on this website, and scans regularly to find those signatures if they appear elsewhere on the web.

This means that if you 'borrow' our content without completely rewriting and redrawing it, we will find you.

Since we are usually open to requests for authorization to re-use content, it would be far easier for you to simply ask us for permission. If we discover unauthorized use of our content, we will immediately terminate your web service through your ISP (we've actually done this before, believe it or not), and we will sue you.
