When will you hear from us

InternetEdit maintains a high level of availability but there are times when, for technical or scheduling reasons, no one is available to respond to your request. The timers and clocks on this website show typical times for document delivery and the acknowledgement of routine and urgent communications. These timers and clocks are updated in real time as workload changes and editors check in and out. However, it is possible that sudden increases in workload, or technical problems, may not be immediately reflected in the time estimates.

InternetEdit's chat panes appear on the website only when a helpdesk agent or editor is logged in and available. However, it is possible that a sole agent may log out during your visit to the website. When you click on the pane, you'll get a message notifying you that the agent is no longer available. (This happens because the pane has already been delivered to your screen, and cannot be removed unless you do a 'Refresh'.)

If you are having trouble contacting us, please try an alternate channel (for example, telephone instead of email, or SMS instead of chat). Rest assured that we will respond to your requests as soon as possible.

Requests for callback

Helpdesk staff will typically call back only if you have first submitted a document or inquiry through our email address or document upload page. We will not call back to a number outside of North America, and will not call back outside extended business hours in your timezone. For more information, see our FAQ.
