Setting up a project account

A project account lets you and your co-workers share access to InternetEdit's support services for a specific project. To set up an account, contact InternetEdit. Be ready to provide the following information:

• your name and contact information
• names of your co-workers (those who will also be authorized to submit work for editing)
• your preferences regarding pre-authorization and the submission of work
• designation for your project (a name or functional description)
• billing preferences (weekly or bi-weekly billing, to a credit card or PayPal account)
• dates and milestones associated with your project
• types of services you might request for this project

InternetEdit uses this information to assign resources, such as editors, and to guarantee access to services during key phases of your project. InternetEdit uses the list of co-workers and your authorization preferences to control access to your account. For example, you may designate three co-workers who are allowed to submit work under your account, but you may wish to have any submissions authorized by you before work begins (as a safety measure).
